This Refund Policy describes the circumstances in which refunds may be available for payments made to Dr. Expert Edulinks for counselling and education consultancy services.
General principles
- Service-based work: Many of our services involve time, expertise, and coordination. Once work has started, refunds may be limited.
- Third‑party fees: Payments made to third parties (universities, government bodies, embassies, courier services, medical test centers, travel providers, etc.) are not refundable by us.
When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same service.
- Payment made in error, where no work has started and no third‑party submission was made.
- We are unable to deliver the paid service due to reasons solely attributable to us.
Non‑refundable cases
- If you change your mind after counselling has been delivered.
- If delays or rejections occur due to incorrect or incomplete information/documents provided.
- If outcomes are affected by university/embassy/government decisions outside our control.
- If any portion of the service has been delivered or documentation work has begun.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email info@drexpertedu.com with your name, phone number, payment reference, date of payment, and the reason for the request.
Processing time
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to banking/payment gateway timelines.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
